The Institute for Democracy and Leadership (IDL), an institution headed by UNP MP Ravi Karunanayake, is an academy aimed at providing young people who wish to better themselves the opportunity to do so.Here you are taught politics too while workshops,seminars and programmes on leadership also take centre stage.
